Document Management & Verification Portal
Central registry for controlled organizational documents, staff records, official letters, agreements and certificates. Register each document, attach the issued PDF, generate a verification ID and maintain its verification status from one secure workspace.
Official Document Verification
Enter a Verification ID to confirm a registered record. Staff ID verification shows limited employee identity information only; it never provides the card file. Other document types continue to use their existing verification and document-access rules.
Register & Upload Official Document
Create the registry record first, then the system places only its unique QR verification code on the PDF before secure storage.
Prepared document registered — pending signature
The permanent Verification ID and QR code are now assigned. Print the prepared PDF, obtain the original handwritten signature, scan it, then upload the signed original below to mark this record Verified.
Staff ID & QR Verification
Create a secure QR verification record from the employee information, then place only the QR code on the back of the official card. Nothing typed here is printed onto the card.
Staff QR generated and registered
The back-side artwork was preserved and only the QR was added. Front and QR-enabled back are provided separately in PNG, JPG and PDF at the source template resolution. Public verification never exposes card files.
Document Registry
Review registered records, validity, expiry and verification access. Use search and filters for audit or HR follow-up.
